Terms of Service

Hermes Agent — Personal Google Workspace Integration
Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms govern use of the Hermes Agent Google Workspace integration ("the integration"). The integration is a private, self-hosted, single-user tool operated by and for its owner, Ronald ("the owner"). It is not offered, licensed, or made available to any other person. By connecting a Google Account to the integration, the owner accepts these terms.

2. Eligibility

The integration is intended solely for its owner. No third party is authorised to use it, and no third-party Google Account should be connected to it.

3. Description of service

The integration allows the owner to instruct their own AI agent to perform operations against the owner's own Google account — reading, sending, and organising email; reading and managing calendar events; reading files; reading and editing spreadsheets and documents; and reading contacts — using the Google APIs and the OAuth scopes described in the Privacy Policy.

4. The owner's responsibilities

5. No warranty

The integration is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. It is a personal tool, not a commercial product.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner bears all risk arising from use of the integration. Because the owner is also the sole operator, no separate party is liable for any loss of data, loss of email, missed calendar events, or other damages arising from use of the integration.

7. Third-party services

The integration relies on Google APIs, which are governed by Google's own terms and policies. It also relies on a language-model provider selected and configured by the owner; that provider's terms apply to its own service. The integration is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

8. Termination

The owner may terminate use at any time by revoking the integration's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and deleting the token file from the server.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated by the owner at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
